Much lower operations/sec on one of the drives.

One of the drives in a raidz2 is apparently doing only 1/3 of the number of Read Operations compared to the other drives.
It is, however, delivering almost the same data speeds.
I guess the blocks are bigger but how could this have happened?

RaidZ2 working well for storing my data, OS X Server share for Time Machine, FCPX, iTunes, Photos, etc. on my Hackinstosh.
