Hardware Encrypton support?

Does 2.2.3 support accelerated crypto?

I know it wasn't working on Intel, but I've moved to apple silicon now and am seeing very poor performance on encrypted data sets, with corresponding 2400% CPU utilization.

I have added to the bug on github as well. https://github.com/openzfsonosx/openzfs/issues/103

Is this something that would solved going to the 2.3.0 RC1?

I've upgraded to 2.3.0 RC1 and it still is running software encryption.
