Kernel panic when set snapdir prop on 2.1.6-1

Postby _max_ » Sat Sep 30, 2023 4:36 am

Caused immediate kernel panic upon a "zfs set snapdir=visible tank/dataset". Replicated 3 times.

I saw this bug was also listed as a "known issue" of 2.7.1 rc1, but not listed in subsequent rc's. Was this definitively fixed? Or is there any workaround for mounting the snapshot to have access to the underlying files?
