Kernel Panic on `zpool import` 2.1.0, Big Sur 11.6

Code: Select all
# sw_vers
ProductName:    macOS
ProductVersion: 11.6
BuildVersion:   20G165
# zpool version
zfs-macOS-2.1.0-1
zfs-kmod-2.1.0-1

The crash log can be found in the attachment.

After read the following posts,

Here is what I have done to troubleshoot this issue.

1. Stop zpool import -a
Code: Select all
mv /usr/local/zfs/libexec/zfs/launchd.d/zpool-import-all.sh /usr/local/zfs/libexec/zfs/launchd.d/zpool-import-all.sh-2021-08-11

2. Tested with readonly mode. It will not crash. W is the external pool for backup my internal ZFS volumes via zfs send/receive.
Code: Select all
zpool import -o readonly=on W

The first crash occurred when I was doing zfs send/receive (to backup internal ZFS volumes to external ZFS volumes) and zfs destroy (to remove old snapshoots on external ZFS volumes to save space).

The following is the crash log when import W pool via "zpool import W":
Code: Select all
