ZFS root on encrypted zpool: supported?

Im pretty sure last time I had my trouble getting my ZFS root to mount at boot, I was not using encryption at all. This time I have the whole zpool encrypted though. This is a supported config right? I just wanna doublecheck to make sure that might not be causing me my problems. Thanks!

I don't think you'll get that working? There is no chance to import the keys. So the OS needs to be unencrypted I believe...
