fs 2.0 build 6c131e system reset pool export checksum errors

errors: Permanent errors have been detected in the following files:

Today suddenly, after i tried to copy two files between pools, i got the finder error that files are corrupted. I check the pool and have on EACH raidz1 disk 2 Checksum Errors. But not on the zvol.

I had a backup of the files. I wanted to export the volumes. I initiated zpool export tank and the machine immediately reset. Here is the Kerneldump:
