Brew error related to zfs?

when installing usbmuxd using brew this error came up. any ideas?

I guess a more intelligent question might have been 'what are the correct permissions for zfs usr install?'

anyway, I changed permissions to match my user, the same as everything else in the directory. brew doesn't complain now...
