zfs pool not recognised!

my zfs pool, which i have created on my old macbook 2012 (sierra) will not be recognised on my new macbook 2016 (sierra) after installing zfs. what am i doing wrong?

A bit hard to know when you haven't told us what you have tried
So, have you tried ?
sudo zpool import -a

oh sorry
i have a new macbook and i have installed ZFS on it, then unplugged the mirrored pool from the old macbook and plugged them to the new mac book.
no havn' t try to import.

ok! i have my pool exported on my old macbook, then connected the drives with the new mac, now the pool has been recognised! thanks
