Check sum errors on same two disks

One of my two raidz (master) ALWAYS has CKSUM errors on the same two disks but scrubs show the file system is fine. These disks are HGST and about 1-year old running 24/7/365, but the errors on the same two disks have been happening since new. Should I replace them or just keep an eye of the accumulating CKSUM errors.
