El Capitan, 1.45 ZFS: Warning, timeout reading device

Hello everyone,

I suddenly have issues with my two pools on my mac. Both are attached via Thunderbolt. I get these type of messages when I try to import a pool:

I have not installed any patch or update to the system, it suddenly started to reboot and since then it does not like my pools. Do you have any idea what happened?

There is a 20 second timeout on reading a device, looks like disk5 is having problems, since all those names appear to be the same disk, maybe. Do the usual troubleshooting, cables, read tests etc.
