Hello everyone,

I suddenly have issues with my two pools on my mac. Both are attached via Thunderbolt. I get these type of messages when I try to import a pool:
Code: Select all
sudo zpool import ZOO

ZFS: Warning, timeout reading device 'PCI0@0-PEG1@1,1-UPSB@0-DSB2@4-UPS2@0-pci-bridge@1-pci1b21,612@0-PRT0@0-PMP@0-@0:0'
ZFS: Warning, timeout reading device 'PCI0@0-PEG1@1,1-UPSB@0-DSB2@4-UPS2@0-pci-bridge@1-pci1b21,612@0-PRT0@0-PMP@0-@0:1'

My version is the following:
Code: Select all
kextstat | grep lundman
  149    1 0xffffff7f80a7c000 0x36c      0x36c      net.lundman.kernel.dependencies.1.4.5 (12.5.0) 715B47D6-0AB4-49B4-BABB-1B8907074297
  150    1 0xffffff7f80a7d000 0x37000    0x37000    net.lundman.spl (1.4.5) 78831EE7-94AF-3E2D-B63A-612BA6ED8B5C <149 7 5 4 3 1>
  151    1 0xffffff7f80ab4000 0x239000   0x239000   net.lundman.zfs (1.4.5) 2C314A44-1884-375C-8B48-F682EDD16B4E <150 22 7 5 4 3 1>

I have not installed any patch or update to the system, it suddenly started to reboot and since then it does not like my pools. Do you have any idea what happened?

Thank you and best regards,
bacanol

There is a 20 second timeout on reading a device, looks like disk5 is having problems, since all those names appear to be the same disk, maybe. Do the usual troubleshooting, cables, read tests etc.
