ZetaWatch seems to be the best UI for Mac users with OpenZFS pools, and is especially useful for storing encryption keys in Keychain.

However, the developer no longer maintains their Apple Developer account (see issue 32 and r50-zfs2.2) so they can't sign releases or the privileged helper.

Is there someone in the community who could sign and release updated builds? Maybe @lundman himself? Sometimes changes in OpenZFS break ZetaWatch, so at the very least the release process should be coordinated between the two projects. Perhaps it could even be bundled as an optional component with the OpenZFS installer itself, since it's under a permissive BSD license.

zetawatch all but unusable at this point with the latest 2025 release ... I hope a developer can step up and help the author out...
