how do i get the 2.1.6 release candidates?

i don't see tags in the github repo for source distribution of 2.1.6 RC builds and the downloads page doesn't list them either. I see people talking about it in threads here but i can't find it.
i haven't upgraded my workstation with my nvme zpool because i'm waiting for a release, but i wouldn't mind testing!
edit: the workstation using zfs is an intel Mac Mini - somehow I found an arm64 binary package of 2.1.6.rc4 but Brave doesn't stash the URI in the Get Info like Safari does.
