Recommended testing approach?

I see a new version coming and a few requests to test it, I'm curious if we've got (or can develop) an approach to testing ZFS on macOS to ensure it meets various criteria in a way that isn't anecdotal. I'd like to be able to set up new ZFS versions and test them actively, just not sure what to target and how to report.

Are any folks here running specific sets of tests we could perhaps merge together into a test suite? Things that come to mind are:

    - Module unload panic during install
    - Module loading for Apple Silicon(?)
    - Read/Write performance
    - ACL/Compress/Dedup with small/large datasets consisting of of small/large files
    - ZFS Send/Receive
    - NFS export
    - sysctl tunables working as expected

I've love to have some of us flesh out / retool the list above. There's also the ZFS test suite https://github.com/openzfs/zfs/blob/master/tests/README.md.
