Merge Device Names.rtf and INVARIANTDISKS README.txt

I am teetering on the edge of cluelessness here, but I believe the InvariantDisks tool maintains the /var/run/disk hierarchy which is used by zpool import -d, yes?

If this is correct, for the next release, could you move the info about InvariantDisks into the top-level document in the release DMG so that it is clear these two features of O3X go hand-in-hand?

Yes InvariantDisks creates and maintains the symlink farm under /var/run/disk.

The INVARIANTDISKS README.txt is really this file:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/cbrea ... /README.md

Theoretically, InvariantDisks could be used autonomously for some purpose other than ZFS.

I separately added Device Names.rtf at the top level to explain its usage with ZFS as opposed to prepending it to cbreak's preexisting ReadMe.
