Greetings, new forum member here, and O3X user since late last year after ZEVO's demise and the release of Mavericks. I have been using the latest dev versions for a few months. Hat tip to the devs for the great work.

I'm interested in experimenting with the crypto version and was wondering if anyone else is using it daily. I don't see any posts on this board and haven't discovered any other resources or blogs about it, beyond the github repository. Admittedly, I haven't looked for info on the Linux version yet, so I may be missing something.

So, any suggestions or advice? Is it robust – and secure – enough to trust for daily personal use (with a backup plan, of course)?

I have tested it, and it appears to at least work. Loaded the kext, made a pool, and set encryption on a couple of datasets. It appears to be a copy of our repo, with patches applied ontop. So in theory it should run pretty much the same as the main version, unless there are bugs in the crypto layer.
