OpenZFS on OS X

When we first started this project, there were no good places to have bug tracking and
forum discussions, so we had to host everything ourselves. This is fine, but
the volunteer who helped maintain this place has moved on, and I do not
always put aside time enough to make sure software is up to date and all that.

So it has been a slow idea that we will move the bug tracking, and forum
discussions over to github, where I have to hang out anyway (to track upstream
source changes, etc).

We should at some point try to move any useful information over, both from forum and wiki, but that
is a pretty thankless task.
